Pan Macmillan is a publishing house which publishes a wide range of different books, not just specialising in children's books. Their HQ is located in London, so it is a little bit far away from me. They have published works that I am very inspired by including The Gruffalo, The Detective Dog and Hansel & Gretel (by Bethan Woollvin). They have a diverse range of books, which they seperate into different age ranges. The way they do this is a bit complicated to me, as I would not know in which age range my books would sit. each year they hold a competition for children's books, which is how i found out about them in the first place. They also offer work placements which i would be really interested in if they weren't so far away in london!
