a photography student approached me and asked me for some help with their project. they wanted me to create some sort of creature and gave me some descriptive words. at first i was a bit of a loss on what to do because normally i draw quite cutesy and i really wanted to branch out. you can see with these pictures the journey that i went through in trying to find a balance of creepy. at first they looked cute i can see that, but i think i really got it at the end. she was very happy with the results and so was i because i think i really did something different and im glad that i pushed myself to do that instead of just being cutesy.
